OUR EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY
We’ve extended our usual limit for returns just for the festive season. Any gift bought between 12 November 2021 and 24 December 2021 can be returned up until 28 January 2022, if it’s unwanted or unsuitable.
If you have any questions regarding your order/deliveries then pop us an email, the info for which can be found on our ‘contact us’ page.
We’re not in the office on weekends or bank holidays so please do keep this in consideration when placing your order or contacting us. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-4:30pm (GMT). If there are any issues with your order we will contact you/reply to your queries via email during these hours.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the products that you have received, you have 28 days to return your order back to us in order to receive a refund on your item.
Goods must be returned in their original condition, i.e. in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels and tags. Please note goods returned from smoking households or households that have pets may not be accepted due to scent/allergies.
All earrings including cuffs and clip ons are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for reasons of hygiene and safety unless they are faulty.
Size swaps are only available for UK based customers, for the same product and only once. If you require further size swaps, postage would have to be paid.
RETURNING YOUR ITEM
With all orders a returns form will be added to your parcel. Complete the form and place inside the package with your items you are returing before sealing. We are unable to provide a return postage slip.
Once sealed and ready place your order number on the package itself and ship to the following address:

We recommend that you return orders via TRACKED SHIPPING, if possible, as we aren't liable for any returns lost/delayed in the post. Once we receive your return at the above address we can then refund you for the item you wish to return.
In the unlikely instance that you receive an item that is faulty, incorrect or damaged, we are happy to cover the cost of your return, no matter where you are in the world. In this case please email: email@example.com with a photo of the damage and a scan or photo of your postal receipt with the proof of postage clearly shown. This way we can refund the return shipping charges and are prepared to receive your item.
