EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY

We've extended our usual limit for returns just for the festive season.

Any gift bought between 22 November 2023 and 20 December 2023 can be returned up until 31 January 2024, if it's unwanted or unsuitable.

 

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY - LAST ORDER DATES

To ensure your order is received on or before 22nd December, please place it by 14:00 GMT on the below dates:

• UK & IRELAND:
- 15th December by Standard Delivery.
- 20th December by Next Day Delivery.

• Orders outside the UK are not guaranteed delivery before Christmas.

 

UK DELIVERIES

UK MAINLAND

Next Day Delivery(Orders will need to be placed before 2pm between Monday to Friday): £7.50**

Standard Delivery(3-5 working days): £4.50*

SCOTLAND

Scotland zones 3&4 including offshore islands (3-5 working days): £12.50 to £14.50*

NORTHERN IRELAND

Standard Delivery (3-5 working days): Up to two items is £5.50, three items £9.50 and four items are above £15.50*

ISLE OF WIGHT

Standard Delivery (3-5 working days): Up to two items is £5.50, three items £9.50 and four items are above £18.00*

**Please note in busy periods shipping can take up to 7 days. Customers will be notified of their order via email.

**Please note, there are major delays due to the Royal Mail strike action.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

**Please note, due to high demand and major delays in our courier networks, there may be significant delays with all EU and International deliveries. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide accurate estimate delivery dates currently, but you will have access to tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Polite notice for all international customers:

All parcels are shipped directly from our warehouse in the UK, therefore some international orders may be liable for Custom Duty and local taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
You will be contacted by the carrier once your parcel has been dispatched, who will require these additional fees directly.
Orders with multiple items may be dispatched in separate parcels. You will only be charged one delivery fee; however, duties and taxes are charged upon delivery of each item.
Failure to pay this additional duty or tax will result in your parcel being returned to us.
Please speak to your local Customs Office if you have any queries regarding this.
A signature will be required upon delivery of your parcel.

EUROPE

Standard Delivery (7-10 working days): £12.50 - £25.00*

* Please note that due to the United Kingdom leaving the European Union orders are subject to customs taxes and duties from January 2021.

 

REST OF THE WORLD

Standard Delivery (10-15 working days): £13.50 - £14.50*

Important Notice: USA orders will be dispatched within 2-4 working days after the order been placed and will firstly be delivered to our office in Los Angeles. Parcels will then be dispatched to delivery address provided, so please be aware that orders may take up to 15 working days to arrive.  

Missed, Delayed or Lost Deliveries
• If you miss your parcel, please contact the courier directly to re-arrange delivery or collection. Please note, if any parcels are sent back to us due to missed delivery or no collection, you may be required to pay the shipping fee to re-send the parcel.
• If your parcel takes longer than expected, please contact us and we will be happy to take a further look into this for you.
• If your order is lost in transit, we reserve the right to investigate before we offer to replace or refund.
Additional Information
• Our warehouse and office are closed on weekends and public holidays, so orders placed on these days will be dispatched the following working day.
• We do not deliver to PO boxes.
• If delivery address is incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of when you have placed your order as we can only adjust this before your parcel has been dispatched.

 

RETURNS POLICY

We have a standard return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with the products that you have received, you have 28 days to return your order back to us in order to receive a refund on your item.
We are unable to provide a return postage slip, so this will be your responsibility and we recommend using a tracked service when sending goods back.
The goods must be returned in their original condition, i.e. in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels and tags.
 You will receive a return form in your parcel. Please make sure to complete this slip and place it in your return parcel before sending it back.
Please make sure to include all the details and the invoice. Please note, your order number can be found in your confirmation email.
Additionally, if you do not receive the return slip then email us and we will send over a copy.
Size swaps are only available for UK based customers, for the same product and only once. If you require further size swaps, postage will have to be paid.

Please note that refunds will be processed within 14 working days after they have been delivered and you will be notified via email once your refund has been initiated.

Non-refundable/exchangeable goods:
Please note goods returned from smoking households or households that have pets may not be accepted due to scent/allergies.
All earrings including cuffs and clip on are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for hygiene and safety reasons unless they are faulty.
Cosmetics and Hair Tools are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons, unless there is a fault with the product. All the cosmetics have a two-year lifespan after being opened if treated with due care.
All hosiery is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.

Faulty Goods
In the unlikely instance that you receive an item that is faulty, incorrect or damaged, we are happy to cover the cost of your return, no matter where you are based.
Please email sales@voodoovixen.co.uk with a photo of the damaged goods.
Once the photo has been checked by the team, you will be asked to send a copy of your postage receipt. We will then reimburse you for the shipping charges you paid to return the faulty goods. Please note, we are unable to process a refund for the shipping without proof of postage receipt.

We recommend that you return orders via tracked shipping, if possible, as we aren't liable for any returns lost/delayed in the post. Once we receive your return at the above address we can then refund you for the item(s).
