Delivery
Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to all of UK and internationally. If you come across an error when you enter your delivery country, please contact us on sales@jawbreakerclothing.com.

How can I track my order?

Your tracking details will be included in your shipment email. Please note, the tracking number can take up to 24 hours to activate and show tracking history.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO boxes currently.

Do you offer next day delivery?

Yes, we offer next day delivery to UK based customer’s only. To qualify, the order should be placed between Monday – Friday, before 2pm

What shall I do if my delivery hasn’t arrived?

Firstly, please check our delivery for estimated delivery times and for any notices. If it has exceeded to delivery time, then please contact us.

Can you deliver to an address other than my billing address?

Yes, please input your delivery address on the check-out page. Your delivery address does not need to match your billing address.

My parcel is showing as delivered but I have not received it, what shall I do?

If your parcel is showing as delivered, please check the delivery note on the courier’s tracking page for any detail regarding where the parcel was delivered and check with your neighbours. However, if you still are unable to locate your parcel, please contact us.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

We deliver by courier and all parcels must be signed for. If you’re not at home when the courier attempts to deliver, they will leave the parcel with a neighbour or arrange a redelivery. They will leave a card with a contact telephone number to call to rearrange your delivery. Any unclaimed parcels will be sent back to our warehouse, and you will be issued with a refund. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed back onto your card.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

We have a standard return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with the products that you have received, you have 28 days to return your order back to us in order to receive a refund on your item. Please visit our returns & exchanges page.

Do I have to pay for postage when returning my items?

Yes, you are required to arrange and pay for the postage of your return parcel. However, if you have received a faulty piece, please contact us and we will refund you the cost of postage.

What can I return?

Items must be unused and returned in perfect condition (ideally in the original packaging). For hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund hosiery or earrings.

How to I return my faulty item?

Please email us a picture of your faulty item and then send this back using tracked delivery. Once we receive your item, we shall either replace or refund if you prefer and then refund you for the postage cost.

Does my parcel need to be returned in original packaging?

If you have the original packaging this can be used to return any unwanted goods, however, if you no longer have this please just package the item(s) securely.

Can return items from separate orders in one parcel?

Yes, you can send items from separate orders in one parcel for a return, however we will require you to include a note with all order numbers and clearly state which order each item is from.

How will I be refunded?

Your refund will be sent back to the account you used to make the payment with for your original order.

How long will it take to process my refund?

Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed. You will be notified via email once your refund has been initiated and the payment should go through within 3-5 working days, depending on your bank.

Can I exchange an item in my order?

We only accept size exchanges for UK based customers. Please note, we are unable to exchange an item for a different item. All international customers will be required to send item back for a refund and place a new order.

How will I know when my exchange has been processed?

Once we receive your parcel, we will inspect the item and our warehouse team shall send out the new size you require. We will then send you an email including your new tracking details. Please allow up to 14 days for the exchange to be processed.

I’ve missed the return deadline, can I still return my order?

Please contact us and we will discuss options for you.

Orders
Where can I find my order number?

If you were signed in to your account when you placed your order, you can find your order number in your order history. You can also find your order number in the order confirmation email.

I did not receive an order confirmation, but my payment went through, what does this mean?

In some cases the confirmation is directed to your junk folder, so please be sure to check there. However if you still are unable to locate your confirmation email, please get in touch.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit/credit card payments, as well as PayPal.

Why has my payment not gone through?

Please note that you if you are paying with your debit/credit card, you will be required to authorise the payment through your banking app or may be provided with a code, dependant on your bank provider. If you are still facing any problems, please get in touch.

Can I add items once I have placed my order?

Unfortunately, you are unable to add items after your order has been placed and you will be required to place a new order.

Can I remove an item from my order?

To remove an item, you will be required to contact us on the same day you placed your order. If your order has been dispatched then you will be required to send the item you no longer require, back to us.

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, you will be required to contact us on the same day you have placed the order. Order cancellation can only take place if your order has not been dispatched.

How does Pay Later with Klarna work in the UK?

Pay Later with Klarna is a payment method which allows you to buy now and pay later, meaning you only have to pay for the items that you keep.

Pay Later with Klarna gives you extra flexibility when paying for your order as you're able to pay within 30 days. If you choose to pay using Pay Later with Klarna, please remember to spend responsibly – sometimes, delaying or splitting up payments might not always be the best option. We want you to shop with confidence, so we’ve provided all the info you need below. Klarna's Pay in 3 / Pay in 30 days are unregulated credit agreements. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit. 18+, UK residents only. Subject to status. Late fees may apply. When can it be used to place an order?

When placing an order in GBP on our UK website.

There's no minimum spend - simply add the items you love to your basket and head to checkout.

You can have multiple Pay Later with Klarna orders at the same time. Your eligibility will be checked by Klarna with each order.

How do you sign up?

Simply download the Klarna app or sign up on Klarna's website.

What can you do on Klarna's app/ website?
  • Set up a debit or credit card.
  • Make payments on or before the payment due date.
  • See past and future payment schedules.
  • Check payment status.
  • Put payments on hold if there's a problem with your order.
  • Contact Klarna to resolve issues.
How do you pay using Pay Later with Klarna?
  • When you get to checkout, click ‘change’ under payment type and select ‘Add New Payment Method’.
  • Sign up/ log into your Klarna profile.
  • Enter your card information.
  • Confirm your date of birth.
  • Click 'Place order'.
  • Confirm the phone number linked to your Jawbreaker account and enter the 6-digit verification code sent to you via SMS.
When do you have to pay for your order?
  • Klarna will send you an email within 2 days of your order being placed with payment instructions.
  • You'll have 30 days to complete the payment online. You can pay at your convenience, interest-free, via credit or debit card on the Klarna app or by logging into Klarna's website.
  • You'll receive an email reminder two days before your payment is due.
  • If you do not pay for your order on time, you may no longer be able to access Klarna’s payment options for future purchases. This may also affect your ability to get credit from other lenders too.
Having trouble paying with Klarna?
If you have any trouble placing an order with Klarna, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
  • Klarna may have rejected your application to pay on account. We'd recommend choosing another type of payment or placing an order for a smaller amount.
  • Klarna may not have been able to check your details using the billing address that you've provided. You'll need to make sure that your billing address is the same address that your bank/credit cards are registered to.
  • If it's your first time using Klarna, and you're shipping to a different address to your billing address, the payment may be declined.
  • You may have outstanding payments on previous Klarna statements. Once these are paid off, try Pay Later with Klarna again. If you've recently paid off outstanding statements, please allow 24 hours before trying to pay with Klarna again.
  • You may have missed a required field at the checkout, such as filling in your Date of Birth.
  • Being rejected by Klarna for one payment application does not mean you'll be rejected next time. Likewise, if your application has been accepted for one payment, it doesn't necessarily mean you'll be accepted for all future payments.

  2. Don’t forget to log your return on the Klarna app once you’ve sent something back to us! Your items will arrive back with us and be processed within 10 working days.
  3. Once we’ve processed your return, we’ll let Klarna know. All returns are subject to our original condition and fair use policies.
  4. Klarna will adjust your outstanding invoice within 24 hours after that. You'll be able to check this on the Klarna app. If you’ve already paid for your order, Klarna will issue a refund within a further 10 working days.
  5. If you have any questions about your Klarna payments or about extending your invoice, please contact Klarna Customer Service. Voodo Vixen aren't able to extend your invoice. For any questions about how Klarna works and their Ts&Cs, please visit the Klarna website here.

You'll receive emails from Klarna when payments have been made or missed. Klarna will normally contact you by email but will call your registered phone number if they need to contact you urgently.

Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No card details are transferred to or held by Jawbreaker.

**Klarna may not always be available at checkout, and we may decide not to offer it based on conditions of use. If Klarna is not available, please use one of the other payment methods we offer.

Just one more thing...

Upon application, Klarna will perform soft searches with credit reference agencies to determine if you are eligible. Pay Later with Klarna credit agreements aren’t regulated by the FCA.
